Vietnamese cuisine is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. Chef My will guide participants through a hands-on online cooking class to prepare 2 Vietnamese dishes: Bánh Xèo (a savory crepe/pancake) and Chuoi Chien (fried bananas). Limited Space.
