Through a step-by-step visual timeline, attendees will learn how to create a large native plant garden. We'll learn how to collect and sort seeds, when to and how to sow those seeds in winter, and how to prepare a plot. By playing a fun Native Plant Party Game, attendees will become familiar with the appearance of native plants, and the ways that they support native food webs. Participants will also learn about the Lenni Lenape's uses for native plants, from pre-colonial times up to today.

The Hopewell Valley Arts Council is proud to announce the return of the Amazing Pumpkin Carve, back bigger and better than ever. In its ninth year, this year the Carve will be like an old-time festival with expanded activities and, of course, outrageously carved giant pumpkins. Visitors can wander through a captivating illuminated walk of creative Halloween fun from Wednesday, October 11 to Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Woolsey Park, Titusville, NJ.

The Hopewell Community Oktoberfest has become the "can't miss" Fall event for friends and neighbors in the greater Hopewell New Jersey area. This family friendly event is open to all. There will be a live band, corn hole games, pumpkin painting, door prizes, BBQ and pig roast, several beers on tap, wine, and soft drinks.
The event also helps to raise money for Children's Dyslexia Centers of New Jersey through the Trenton Cyrus Foundation raffle. Tickets for the raffle can be purchased separately.
