Sound Journey into the New Year: 2019!, PCYH

Monday December 31, 2018
9:00 PM - 12:00 AM

In the beginning there was sound ... The gongs are the primordial sound of creation. They have the ability to dematerialize space, time and matter. This releases old patterns of beliefs and negativity. As we begin the new year of 2019, the gongs help us to let go of the old and move forward entrained to the vibration of the golden mean so we may enter the New Year living from our hearts.

Come join us this New Years Eve at PCYH to journey into your heart through immersion in sacred sound. We begin with guided meditation to let go of the old, then lay down for a journey into the vibrations of the gongs, Native American flutes, Himalayan singing bowls, percussion and other world instruments. We end with a guided meditation to enter 2019 filled with unconditional love and living from our heart space. Afterwards there will be a sharing of conversation, food and joy! Please bring a pot luck vegetarian appetizer or dessert to share.
