· TASK related issues were discussed. In March Tollgate will start serving lunches instead of dinners at TASK. There is $1300 leftover from the contributions collected at Thanksgiving. At the time the money was collected, the flyer specified that the money may be used for other charitable contributions. The exec board approved a suggestion to donate $1000 of the leftover money to TASK, $50 to Anchor House, $50 to Habitat for Humanity, $50 for the May CAT project, and carry over $150 for next years CAT activities. We will keep the $250 budget line item for CAT for this year. Next year CAT will use the $150 left over from this year.

· Tax status—We discussed what we are required to file now that the PTO is incorporated. We have a 501 C3 incorporated status. Randee will check what other schools do.

· Nominating Committee—Pam and Victoria will be the exec board reps. Molly Mahn and Xenia Morin also volunteered for the committee.
