· Thankyou celebration for custodians and administrative staff will be held in June.

· Family Night Coordinator – Cathy Green volunteered to help Myra.

· PTO Web Site – Sandee will take over for next year. Need to look into a better host site so that we can maintain the site ourselves.

· Treasurer Meeting – The district wants to formalize the various PTO Treasurer processes to make them more stringent.

· Principals Report:

o Tuesday May 25 – DARE Picnic

o Wednesday May 26 – State Fair at 7pm

o Thursday May 27 – State Fair 9-11

o Friday May 28 Field Day

· Election of new officers:
