PLEDGE SHEET
Please fill out the pledge sheet as you gather your pledges during the week of 1/28-2/4. After you have solicited your pledges, fill out the bottom of this sheet, tear off and return to Toll Gate via back-pack by February 4th. We will be tallying and posting the minutes that students have pledged to read. After the Read-a-thon, return the top part of this sheet with the money you have collected by February 17th. Checks can be made out to Toll Gate PTO. We will then be posting the actual dollars collected. Thank you for your participation in this fund-raising activity!
