Rachel Simmons, author of Odd Girl Out and Odd Girl Speaks Out  will speak on the hidden culture of aggression in girls ”specifically about bullies, cliques, popularity and jealousy. You will learn to understand the causes of aggression and to recognize the focus of girls"™ social power as well as preventative intervention.
