14 YEARS LATER... the record is broken.

In the Fall of 1981, (Hash #13), the Geezer and Quintas
shortcut to the end of the hash arriving before the cooler
in a record breaking time of (let's say) 17 minutes
that held until July 12th, 1987 when
the Geezer's own wretched offspring, MJ III set an 8 minute
and 34 second debacle (and was not present to suffer the
requisite abuse).  This memorable travesty inspired the PHHH's
signature "decimal" system, garnering a scant 0.2 of a hash 
(#134 incrementing to #134.2).  This notorious distinction
of shittiest Princeton hash (beerless runs don't count)
held for over 14 years - but Spankin' Ryan's Privates -
fulfilling the great promise he exhibited with his tunnel crawling
Princeton Campus skullduggery - has surpassed Son of Geezer with
this spectacular effort - 3 MINUTES and 45 SECONDS to the cooler!!
So stunned were most of the hounds that they ran right past it.
However, by setting 2 rainstorms ago (monday), SRP guaranteed that
enough marks would be washed out that the meandering pack of hounds
couldn't really fail to miss the cooler.  In fact, the cooler was
one of the dozen marks actually seen!
Intent on getting some exercise, the hounds left the cooler
and endeavored to find the true A-A trail meeting with spectacularly
little success.  After 35 minutes of random running about, most of the hounds
decided enough exercise had taken place to justify beelining it to the
apres, though DNARA (1 hour) and Rojo and Solo (whereabouts unknown)
decided to go for a more rigorous workout.  The apres was filled with
SPR-led song and down downs - the PHHH showing their characteristic
minimal enthusiasm.  Thus the question of whether the PHHH or SRP is 
the other's purgatory is still open.

NOTE: HASH START TIMES UNTIL LABOR DAY are generally closer to 6:30pm at
      the start location.  Cars leave 87 Prospect St. at 6pm to drive
      to the start.

NOTE 2: I wrote in OuiPee, Myself, and Pyroman.  If you cannot
        set on the day given, you are responsible for finding 
        someone who can set on that day, or else all your
        current PHHH priveleges will be revoked.
