PRINCETON HHH HASH #736.4 Date: September 26, 1999 Weather: BYUTiful Time: Hashing :45 Drinking: 1:05 Venue: BYUTiful BUCKS County - Up the tow path from the SEPTA station 3mi S of Rte. 1 on Rte. 13 Set By: Pyroman Hashers: Excemental Earnings, Tomoko, Chris, Steve (from Hard Core), Discomfort, Oui Pee, Tropical Depression, Ice Blue Balls, Throat Deep, Solo, Schwa, Wacko, Rookie: Kelsie and Kate - friends of an unnamed Orgo Student U-PULL-IT The greatest challenge of this hash, as with most Pyroman hashes, was finding the start, which involved several U-turns and potential fence-hoppings. Once all had arrived for this "hash/pub crawl" we were informed that the Tullytown Inn closed on Sundays so we would only be charmed by 3 of Bucks County's finest establishments. Hand Solo led the way (which gives you an idea of our confusion), down the tow path from the Septa Station. After a brief diversion to the railroad tracks, which would become the theme of the day, and 200 yards of shiggy, Solo was bringing up the rear as we hit the Mill Creek Inn and a pitcher of beer. Several swigs later we were out the back, and down the tow path once again after a hip deep water crossing, wondering if the wailing police sirens were for us. Relieved to find that it was just someone drowning nearby, we tucked ourselves into Darby's Bar and Grill to wait out the commotion, enjoying the ambiance of a smoke-filled dive that makes the Belle Mead Inn look downright friendly. With mobile homeowners poking out to see if we might make good target practice, we scampered up the road to rejoin once again, you got it, the tow path. At this point, it was hard to find a reason to leave the sanctuary of this well-groomed trail for the shiggy below, but most of the pack found the double cross arrow into the swampland irresistable, (probably due to their ongoing inebriation) and were rewarded with some excellent underbrush and a coup de resistance ending double-cross across a "U-Pull-It" car cemetery. This pseudonym begged to be bequeathed as some lucky rookie's hashname, and all eyes turned to Chris who arrived for the hash in a Porsche Carrera. All we need now is the blessing of our G's, M & D (aka Grand Master and Dominatrix not Mom and Dad). The apres began nearby in bar aspiring for low life that featured the ugliest human beings in Pennsylvania, (they placed nationwide). Solo, Wacko and U-Pull-it still failed to get lucky. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- NEXT HASHES: #737.4, Sunday, Oct 3, 2 pm, 87 Prospect, Hand Solo sets. #738.4, Sunday, Oct 10, 2 pm, 87 Prospect, Rubberallen and Llloda set. #739.4, Sunday, Oct 17, 2 pm, 87 Prospect, Geezer sets. #740.4, Sunday, Oct 24, 2 pm, 87 Prospect, ???
