                        Descriptions, Polemics, and Lies:


        Mercer County Park again? It's not as bad as it seems, because (a)
it was a Juicy set, and maybe MCP would give her a chance to find something
other than concrete, and (b) Hey YO! Paully. was "helping out" and the Park
would give us all a chance to bail out if necessary. There was a nice
swamp, and a pitiful arrow across the lake that no one could take
seriously. Wait a minute- who's that heading for the other side? OuiPee,
that's who. Well, no one with a quarter of a brain could take it seriously.
We will return to Ouipee later, if he ever gets back.


Meanwhile, the setters are running out of flour, as the marks come more and
more to resemble the legendary Weinstein microdots of yesteryear. The pack,
naturally, and absent Ouipee, is starting to have trouble. Wacko finds one
real mark but neglects to enlighten the rest of us and we all mill around
for a while. Half the pack vanishes into the fields and swamps  past the
last false, and the other half corrects Wacko's error and finds the
in-trail. So one half is happily swilling Old Milwaukee, which is the
closest Juicy and Paully can come to beer, and scarfing down dogs and
veggieburgers (Veggieburgers?) while the other half searches for the
nonexistent marks, and Ouipee does whatever one does when one has run a
couple of miles around a lake to find nothing. Eventually, the other half
all show up and a great time was had by all in the freezing winds of April.


Then Ouipee returned, and everyobne was even happier because we didn't have
to feel guilty for going home not looking for him.
