I'm not sure anyone is writing this one up? Here's a brief summary PRINCETON HHH HASH #703.4 Date: March 7, 1999 Weather: Hard Core Venue: Cleveland Rd/Carter Rd - Province Line Rd. Bridge - PL road to Drakes Corner Rd - Lucent Technologies (the old Western Electric) Time: about an hour? Set By: A.G.Zaire Hashers: Hey Yo Paully, Juicy, Table Toes, Wacko, Ice Blue Balls, Tree, Darby, Rojo, Tropical Depression, Natural Born Lesbian, A Joy to this Mother, Llloda, Rubber Alan, Uranus BAKER WAS RIGHT Those pre-cambrian hashers who remember the notorious Matt "Bodysnatcher" Baker and his never-ending prediction "It's Going To Western Electric" would be pleased to know that Snatch was finally right, even though Western Electric has since become AT&T and then Lucent Technologies. Not only did this (re)hash by A.G.Zaire end at Lucent, it began at Lucent - an A to A through familiar terrain that would have incited a consistent litany of "BOOOOORINGS" had the Geezer been running (and we never let him forget this) still proved to be an oldie but goodie thanks to a dearth of asphalt and an abundance of wooded trails and not-quite- frozen-footed-goo. Windchill in the teens, found RoJo, Table Toes and Joy huddled in the former's car at the start, while Paully bared it all in his pre-hash ritual - the "242 Honorary Fashion/Strip Show". The hash began as usual when the Geezer trails, at the first check he hurled vituperative amertume pointing the way with his vitriolic gaze. On on across Cleveland Rd after another Geezer hint toward ETS whereupon the hapless hounds finally leapt in front of the GM. An icy crossing of Stonybrook was not in the offing as the pack tip-toed gingerly along the slippery edge (mother goose was no where to be seen this time) all the way to the *ack* Province Line Rd. bridge where a pitiful false trail up the hill did little to alleviate the GM's humiliation but did manage to reassemble the pack. The long march up Provinceline Rd was followed by a brief excursion through the woods back to Lucent Technologies highlighted sadly by the twisting of Joy's ankle. One down down for Tropical Depression to acknowledge his acceptance into PU Grad school (and thus at least 7 more years of Phhh hashing) and a salsa tragedy later, the pack dispersed to begin training for Solo's revenge next week, hoping against all hope that he will return to form after his previous, road-weary debacle. >NEXT HASHES: > >#704.4 Sunday, Mar 14, 1999, 2 pm, 87 Prospect, Hand Solo tries again >#705.4 Sunday, Mar 21, 1999, 2 pm, 87 Prospect, Hey Yo!
