PRINCETON HHH HASH #646.4 Date: February 15, 1998 Weather: Potential Venue: Deepest West Windsor Time: 0:59 Set By: Speed Bumps Hashers: Wacko, Table Toes, RoJo, Geezer, Justin Notestein, Dave Williams, Colleen Kennedy, Omar Saleh, Briak Kraybill, Pinup, Uranus Williams, Delay LLLama, Always Open, He's a Gerbil, Reluctant Breeder Visitor: Stormin' Norman from NY Present at the Start: Gnu Rachelle, Zeke Descriptions, Polemics, and Lies: Hey, Who Taught Her to Set, Anyway? It was a shitty hash, thus testifying, once again, to the wisdom - dare I say sagacity - of the Ancient One himself, who, years ago, tutored the young Speed Bumps in the art of setting. Next week the dreaded Wacko sets, along with another of His students, the Cuban Assassin, and so you can expect to experience, in full measure, the fruits of His craft. But this time, His legendary skills will be directed not towards the building of a nice run through the woods, but, instead, to ....well, best not to say. Anyway, Bumps led us on an A to A from the usual dreary NJ strip maul into the woods to the First Evangelical Church of Dissipation, Lechery, and Sloth, a hash icon of long standing. Bumps then eschewed what seemed at the time an almost obligatory traverse to the Ditch Where the Dinosaurs Died in favor of a feint to the Carnegie Center and an eventual return to the tracks and the start. There was an excellent Bambi marking and some minor league thorns-of-little-venom. Perhaps they, too are awaiting next week. Decent beer for a change. RoJo did a semi down down in honour of her 200.5th, becoming the fifth Princeton Hasher to reach such an exalted level. The LLLama is next, sometime late this year, probably. Speaking of fractions, does anyone recall that it was Projectile Vomiting, who only ran five hashes with us, who gave us the nice line, "a hash with a strange aversion to integers"? Your Beloved Scribe has always liked it. Now it's time to wrap up your affairs, notify next of kin, and prepare for the pain of Hard Core VI. While Rambo cowers in Copenhagen, buffered by a bevy of beautiful buxom blond bimbettes, you will meet Wacko and the Assassin's Ultimate Test. Remember: There will be pain and there will surely be much suffering, but there will be finishers. NO MONEY, NO T-SHIRTS, NO WHINING, and, of course, absolutely NO MERCY on: Hardt Kore VI and: NEXT HASHES: The setters are firm if no question mark appears. BUT NOTE the several Question Marks!
