IUTHW was already cringing when the small pack drove up. "Hey," he whined,
"This won't get me another Worst Of The Year, will it?" The snarling pack
took off across the baseball field without a sound. "Don't worry, there
will be lots of marks; I used 10 pounds of flour" came the pitiful cry from
the Wasted One. Groans issued from the pack. Well it wasn't so bad. There
were some marks, ambiguous though many of them were, and many of the
biguous one were even more or less visible. As we passed the notorious
sight of 242's naming, where lurked a sick woodchuck, we stopped to shuffle
him off to the terminal wing of the local rodent hospital. Then, escorted
by IUTHW doing his best Uriah Heep imitation, we found our way to the end.
There was good beer and nice conversation, much of which concerned Rojo's
wonderful date the night before.
