HOUSE of GENGHIS


Minimal Description, Comments, Polemics, and Lies:  Even considering the 
stupendously boring venue, the start wasn’t too bad. We set off from the LRF’s 
sumptuous condo somewhere out River Road on Princeton’s lotusland coast (“Don’t 
park that awful van in my driveway” cried the LRF, “the beautification committee will fine 
me.”). Thirty minutes through the well worn trails led to the Herrentown Woods parking 
lot and the LRF himself, crouched on a rock guarding an “F” like some oxymoronic giant 
elf. From there on it was baked pavement all the way, and the pack sought refuge in 
continuous exploration of the many sylvan glens and cool woodspaths ignored by the 
setter.  At the one-hour mark Solo blew by the only check on the whole hash, but others 
figured there might be something special about this singular mark and found the cooler 
nestled on the deck of  Genghis Kahne, last seen as the co-setter of Hash 
#318.4, July 4, 1991. This hash was also marked the last appearance of the dreaded 
DYBVIG, and was The Madam’s rookie hash. 

Good salsa (for a change) and decent beer graced the On In.
