When I passed the cars for the third time, that was enough for the geezer. The day improved when we chanced upon a wayside hostelry and were plied with victuals and libations by the rotund and cheerful innkeeper. All of this in exchange for a few coins of the realm, supplied by the mollified hare. HYP adds: I told you at 3:00 that you were running the hash backwards (when you saw me in my car). I can't help that you all went 50+ yards to the Duke Island Sign (i.e. mark #1) even though you were all parked on top of marks already. When you bitched about it being 3:30 and getting late - it was only 3:10. As for Boxing Day, I'll be there for the first few marks at least. Another thing you missed Sunday Geezer - I wish I had a camera: 5 hounds slithering across the frozen canal on their bellies (despite Dancing Fool's ancillary jumping that compressed the ice in a manner in which I've never seen - and hope will never see again!)
