Straight on to the Rainbow

If you can't say something nice, don't say it, so let's hear it for the hare, who manfully 
drove an exhausted pack to the solsticially marvelous on-in at the Lawrenceville community 
vegetable gardens at the regroup.  Everyone brightened up with two new exotic beers, Terhune 
Orchards cherries, and hotdogs while observing the spectacular rainbow to which the Wachspress 
double cross pointed as the site of the on-in.  Mary Jane opined that the drinks were much 
more palatable than the breast milk proffered at her last Princeton hash, and everyone agreed 
that that HYP could recycle this hash another time when the weather is more clement.  Everyone 
should be thankful that we didn't burst into this little ditty in toasting MJ and the virgin, 
tho' its lyrics are pregnant with meaning for hares and hounds alike:
