Concert, Westminster Community Orchestra: The Sound of Autumn

Join Dr. Ruth Ochs and the Westminster Community Orchestra on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. for "The Sound of Autumn," an autumnally-themed concert featuring the world premiere of Dr. Kathleen Scheide's Concertino for Autumn with The Guitars of Westminster Conservatory, Mark Johnstone, director. The performance will also include Emilie Mayer's Faust Overture, Mikhail Glinka's Kamarinskaya, movements from Beethoven's Symphony No. 6 ("Pastoral"), and Richard Rodgers' The Sound of Music (Selections for Orchestra), arranged by Robert Russell Bennett. The event will take place at the Robert L. Annis Playhouse on the Westminster campus in Princeton (101 Walnut Lane). A suggested donation of $10/person is payable at the door.
