Yoga on the Trails, Nature Center at Washington Crossing State Park
This unique yoga class will explain the science behind the poses and why yoga is best practiced outside. Participants will learn how to meditate while walking through the woods. Standing poses will incorporate nature. Bring a beach towel or yoga mat to lay on at the end of class for a guided meditation and deep relaxation. No yoga experience necessary.
