Princeton University LGBTQIA Student Panel: Building Solidarity through Storytelling - Princeton Public Library
A panel of LGBTQIA Princeton students reflect on their journeys to understanding their gender and sexuality. The students will focus on issues including coming out, intersections with other identities such as class, religion and race, and how family and friends have supported them effectively or not. The panel will be moderated by LGBT Center Director Judy Jarvis, and there will be time for questions so that attendees can learn about effectively supporting LGBTQIA community members, coworkers and family members. Sponsored by the Princeton Civil Rights Commission, Princeton Public Library and the Princeton University LGBT Center. 65 Witherspoon Street, Princeton - 609-924-9529 - www.princetonlibrary.org
