Tama Matsuoka Wong is a forager, wild farmer, and "meadow doctor" based in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. She is the author of the James Beard-nominated cookbook Foraged Flavor (2012) and Into the Weeds: How to Garden Like a Forager.
