Preschool Nature Class: Nuts to You, The Watershed

Let’s have some nutty fun as we learn about what a nut is, the concept of the seed within a nut and what a seed needs to grow into a plant. We will learn what animals use nuts as a food source and how they may store these for the cold winter months. Classes generally include a craft, hike, and activity for the week's theme. We spend most of our time outdoors, so come dressed in layers and waterproof shoes.

This program is intended for children ages 3-5. Younger siblings are welcome to attend with a parent, but we ask that they do not participate in activities. Preregistration and adult attendance required. Discount available for members.
