The early bird registration fee of $60 ends on Wednesday, August 7th. The regular adult registration is $70. So don't delay and register today!
The cycling event at the Watershed Institute (www.thewatershed.org) on September 7th will feature both staggered starts and lunches. Riders may begin when they would like between 7:00–10:00 AM in order to complete their route in time for lunch. Pre-event coffee and breakfast will be served, and the ride will be followed by lunches served from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. The lunch will, of course, be capped by their famous ice cream sundaes. Riders will surely have earned it! The ticket package includes rest stops, two meals, a gourmet ice cream sundae, Support And Gear, and swag.
The Sourland Conservancy (https://sourland.org/) hopes you will join this year—cycling through the gorgeous forest and farmland of the historic Sourlands, for a challenging yet rewarding ride. Proceeds from the event will help support their tremendous forest restoration effort, now underway. Over the last three years, the Sourland Conservancy has planted over 45,000 trees and shrubs and hopes to plant 10,000 trees and shrubs this year!

Nearly forty farms and vendors are represented with offerings including seasonal Jersey Fresh produce, mushrooms, sustainably caught seafood, poultry, pastured eggs, freshly milled oats, pickles, sauces, jams, fresh pasta, goats milk products, cheese, breads, baked goods, pastries, pastured meats, vegan savory and sweets, Lebanese salads, Eastern European favorites, Indian simmer sauces and prepared meals, alpaca fiber wear, vegan chocolates, pesticide-free flowers, as well as on-site food trucks with crepes, fresh pressed juices, hot and iced coffee and teas.
Held at the Vaughn Lot at the Princeton Junction Train Station, with plenty of free parking, this gathering space for folks who love good food is known for its wide assortment of offerings and welcoming atmosphere.
