Jewish Family & Children's Service of Greater Mercer County has announced a unique one-time support session for those who are grieving. Passover is the most family-centered Jewish holiday. We will discuss: living with your sadness when others are celebrating a festive meal, what you do and don't want at your Seder this year, and possible new rituals and traditions. Facilitated by Chaplain Beverly Rubman.

So You Think You Know Civics: What is a Democracy?

Join Morven and the Princeton Public Library as we kick off a brand new series, So You Think You Know Civics? This series of free public programs will unpack big questions about the past and present of the U.S. government, and how we can make change in our democracy. Our speaker for the first program in the series, What is a Democracy? is Sophia Rosenfeld, Walter H. Annenberg Professor of History at the University of Pennsylvania and author of many books, including Democracy and Truth: A Short History (2019) and Choice: The Invention of Modern Freedom (forthcoming).
