The NJ Conference for Women is led by the Women in Business Alliance program of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce. After two successful years as a virtual event, we are thrilled to be back in person in 2022!

The conference offers attendees a half day of professional development and informative workshops. Conference goers will hear the stories of the dynamic, prosperous women in our community and gather the knowledge and resources they need to reach the next level in their career. The NJ Conference for Women began in 2012 and has grown to become the largest women’s conference in Central NJ.
