Hope is the Bag Fundraiser @Pennington Quality Market

On Saturday, October 22, 2022, the Rothwell and Henderson families will, once again, host an annual shopping event at the Pennington Quality Market with proceeds from day-of sales going to Hope is in the Bag. This hallmark event directs needed funds to Capital Health’s Center for Comprehensive Breast Care. The Pennington Quality Market is located at 25 Route 31 South in Pennington, New Jersey.

West Windsor Community Farmers' Market

It’s all about local food and seasonality at the West Windsor Farmers Market! This year’s season kicks off on May 7th and running every Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm, the market will be filled with local farmers and artisan food producers, including a knife sharpener, all from within fifty miles of West Windsor to celebrate the bounty of New Jersey. This season’s roster includes nearly fifty farms and vendors, several with a rotating schedule, including a baker under the new NJ Cottage Rule.

Market held rain or shine in the lower Vaughn Lot of the Princeton Junction Train Station - ENTRANCE FROM 877 Alexander Road, free parking. NJ Transit bus 877 or Dinky and ½ mile walk to Vaughn Lot. Visit wwcfm.org or call 609-913-7581.

The WWCFM accepts SNAP/EBT and offers matching incentives towards fruit & vegetable purchases (up to $20 per market day). Fall Clean Up Day at the Princeton Battlefield

The Princeton Battlefield Society (PBS) annual Clean Up Day will be held on Saturday, October 22. Garden tools and gloves are available for clean up tasks, but we encourage you to bring your own. Water and snacks will be provided and all participants are welcome to stay for a pizza party after we finish. This is a great way to welcome the fall season, to enjoy the great outdoors, and to support the Princeton Battlefield.

Guyot Walk Fall Cleanup and Planting

Bring your family and your garden tools! It's time for the Guyot Walk Fall Cleanup and Planting. Join us on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m., to identify and remove weeds between the green flags that mark renewal areas at Jefferson, Carnahan, Harris, and along the path. The Outlet Dance Project Day of Dance, Grounds for Sculpture

The annual dance festival's 2022 theme is Mud Baths. While engaging with literal earth, mud, and clay, these site-specific dances re?ect on nature, place, sculpture, the environment, impact, time, and histories. Durational performances will begin at 1 PM and continue at different locations throughout the day. This is a festival that brings you to multiple spaces at GFS, so as much as possible, please wear comfortable shoes...not only the artists will be moving!

Family Saturdays in the Gallery, Arts Council of Princeton
