What Still Matters?: Adults Who Chose Self-Directed Learning as Teens, Princeton Learning Cooperative

Wednesday February 16, 2022
8:00 PM

Several older alumni of North Star: Self-Directed Learning for Teens gather to share some reflections on their experiences. How has this choice affected their lives? What parts of the approach have stuck with them into adulthood? Is this decision still part of their identity? Have they ever encountered any difficulties because they did not complete high school? For those that are parents, how does their experience affect their parenting styles?

Meet alumni Raphaela Levy-Moore, Jacob Miller-Mack, Daniel Bouquillon, Ellen Morbyrne, and Kiva Singh This hour-long panel will be moderated by Kenneth Danford, Co-Founder and Executive Director of North Star.
