We are kicking off our series with a webinar on Restoring Stream Banks. Many of the streams that run through our backyards and parks lack a healthy stream bank. By working to restore stream banks, community members can help to stop erosion, reduce flooding and improve the health and quality of streams. Learn from the experts at Princeton Hydro about what makes a healthy stream bank and how you can help to restore a stream bank near you.
This webinar will be given by Princeton Hydro's Jake Dittes, Water Resource Engineer/Project Manager, Casey Schrading, Staff Engineer, and Cory Speroff, Landscape Architect.

The Arts Council of Princeton presents Princeton Pecha, bringing local artists together to share their work in a virtual program inspired by PechaKucha, a lively, upbeat format created in Japan that is designed for more show and less talk. This January 19 iteration - the ACP’s fifth - will feature artists Jane Adriance, Beatrice Bork, Bill Jersey, Joe Kazimierczyk, Laura Renner, and Carol Sanzalone. Each artist will show 20 slides for 20 seconds each (about 7 minutes per artist), exhibiting for the audience an array of visual expression.
The free, virtual program will be moderated by artist Heather Barros. Wednesday, January 19, 8-9:15pm. Registration is free at artscouncilofprinceton.org.
