Nutritional Strategies for Gastrointestinal Health, Suppers Program

Tuesday October 27, 2020
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Our lifestyle and food choices can affect the way our bodies digest what we eat. Consuming a high-fiber diet that's rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and legumes can help support digestive health. As part of Suppers’ focus this month on Gut Health, join Julie Pantelick, DO, for a discussion and Q&A session about nutritional strategies that can help your digestive system function more efficiently and improve your overall health and sense of well-being.

Dr. Pantelick is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, medical partner to Suppers and a volunteer at the Trenton Farmers Market, where Suppers has hosted “Ask the Doctor” as well as tastings and educational programs on farm-fresh produce and health. She serves at St. Francis Medical Center in Trenton and is part of Signature Health Solutions, an integrative medical private practice in Dayton, N.J.
