Preschool Virtual Nature Classes, The Watershed Institute

This live session will enable children to learn, share their ideas, and interact with us and each other. This is a live class via Zoom. Inflammation is at the core of many chronic conditions including high cholesterol, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and heart disease. In this webinar, Dr. Benito will explore the role of anti-inflammatory foods to enhance well-being and improve health.

LifeTies Virtual Information Session

Please join us at a virtual information session to learn about ways a small amount of your time can make a huge impact on our adolescents & young adults. Opportunities include mentoring (currently virtual), sharing knowledge & expertise to help youth attain life skills via Zoom, and more!

Ask An Expert: Gardening with Natives, Controlling Invasives, Sustainable Princeton

Native plants thrive in our region, making them uniquely qualified to be low-maintenance and supportive of our native birds, insects, and animals. To learn more about bringing native plants to your yard, join Sustainable Princeton's third Ask An Expert series on Tuesday, June 9. During this virtual discussion, Mike Van Clef, a native and invasive plant expert, will answer all burning questions about gardening with native plants and controlling invasive species. Mike is the Stewardship Director of Friends of Hopewell Valley Open Space (FoHVOS) and serves as Program Director of its NJ Invasive Species Strike Team.
