Birding Field Trip, Washington Crossing Audubon Society

Join Washington Crossing Audubon Society at 8:30 AM on Saturday, March 7 for a free birding trip led by John Maret at Assunpink Wildlife Management Area. We will seek wintering waterfowl, raptors and land birds, possibly including snipe, rusty blackbirds and a variety of ducks and sparrows. Directions: East on I-195 to exit 11, Imlaystown. North on Imlaystown Road 2.6 miles to parking area at Lake Assunpink. Dr. Nancy Rappaport, MD, is a board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, Rappaport is currently a part-time associate professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Her research, teaching, and clinical expertise focus on the collaboration between education and psychiatry.

PSO BRAVO Percussion, State Theatre New Jersey - Two Performances

In this fun, interactive, and educational program, members of the Princeton Symphony Orchestra introduce audiences to the wide-ranging group of instruments that make up the percussion family. You’ll meet an assortment of drums, cymbals, chimes, and lots of other instruments that are played by hitting, shaking, or scraping. Milk & Cookies is a lively, interactive storytelling and music series for families. This program is the perfect way to introduce children ages 3-10 to live theater.
