Stretch and breathe your way to a more relaxed and joyful being! Class will focus on breath and body awareness as well as some gentle yoga stretches to optimize health and vitality. Marsha Rudolph, MA, RYT, a Registered Yoga Instructor, has been teaching Relaxation Techniques for 24 years and Gentle Yoga for 13 years. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Sayu Bhojwani presents

Bhojwani is a an author, political scientist and immigrant of Indian descent. In the book, she shares the stories of a diverse and persevering range of local and state politicians from across the country who are challenging the status quo, winning against all odds, and leaving a path for others to follow. Bhojwani served as New York City’s first Commissioner of Immigrant Affairs and is the founder of South Asian Youth Action, a community-based organization in Queens. Since 2010, she has served as Founder and President of The New American Leaders Project, which is based in New York City. An immigrant of Indian descent, she grew up in Belize and now lives in New York City with her husband and child.

Kate Friedman-Siegel, New York Times bestselling author, and spawn of the most neurotic mother on the planet, Kim Friedman, will be speaking at a ladies night out event on Wednesday, November 28th for Jewish Family and Children's Service in Princeton. The event is chaired by Lisa Smukler and Stacey Wasserman.

Kate invites you to commiserate, roll your eyes, and above all, to laugh lovingly at the fun event to be held November 28 at 6:45pm at The Stuart School in Princeton. The evening will include a cocktail reception, vendor shopping and an opportunity to meet Kate and have her book signed.
