Kingston Greenways Association Earth Day Cleanup

9:00 AM

Morning session: 9 to 11 AM: Cleanup of Laurel Avenue and vicinity of Rockingham Historic Site, from just above the village of Kingston up to Route 518. Meet at the Rockingham parking lot, 84 Laurel Avenue.

Afternoon session: 2 to 4 PM: Trash collection in the Mapleton Preserve, Cook Natural Area, and in areas adjacent to Mapleton Road, Division Street, Heathcote Road, Ridge Road, Greenwood Avenue, and Railroad Avenue. Parking for the event is along Railroad Avenue off Ridge Road.

Ceremony and Bike Rally to Honor Former Riverside Principal Bill Cirullo

On Saturday, April 21, 2018, the Princeton community is invited to attend a ceremony and bike rally in honor of former Riverside Principal William D. Cirullo. The event will be held in front of Riverside Elementary School starting at 10:00 AM. There will be a short ceremony commemorating Mr. Cirullo’s legacy followed by the unveiling of a tribute in his honor. After the ceremony, attendees will be invited to participate in a "Captain Dismissal" parade around the Riverside neighborhood. Bikes, scooters, skateboards, and walkers are all welcome.

The rain date is scheduled for April 28, 2018 at 10:00 AM.

We are having our 124th "Seeds of Love" Anniversary Gala, which is our largest fundraiser for The Children's Home Society of New Jersey. Our Gala will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Cherry Valley Country Club in Skillman from 6:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Funds raised at this special event will be used to directly support the program and services CHSofNJ provides each year, touching the lives of more than 79,000 at-risk children and families of New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
