1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Send Hunger Packing Princeton (SHUPP) will hold our 5th annual fundraiser to help us further our mission of providing children in the Princeton community with child-friendly supplemental meals at times when there might not otherwise be enough food to go around.

The theme of this years event is Salsa and Salsa as we bring Princeton together for an afternoon of great salsa, great music and great dancing for a great cause.  The event will once again be MC'd by celebrity chef Brian Duffy and this year will feature a contest to determine which local restaurant makes "The Best Salsa in Princeton". In addition there will be a salsa dancing exhibition and every adult ticket purchased comes with a beautiful one of a kind, handmade bowl, crafted especially for SHUPP by Adam Welch.

4:00 PM

The Princeton Senior Resource Center (PSRC) proudly presents The Best of Second City, Chicago’s legendary improv comedy troupe, as this year’s major fundraising event on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 4pm.

The Second City launched Tina Fey, Stephen Colbert, Dan Ackroyd, Alan Arkin and many others to stardom on Saturday Night Live and well beyond – its imprint has been felt across every entertainment medium for almost 6 decades! This fundraiser is an opportunity to support PSRC’s work in the community, supporting older adults and their families with guidance, educational and social programs to help them navigate life transitions and continue to be active, health and engaged in the community.

We are also offering two raffles in concert with our Second City event: Wine and Dine packages worth $1200 - 125 tickets sold, $100 per ticket; and two weeks in Rincon, Puerto Rico, valued at $2000; 75 tickets to be sold at $75 per ticket.
