Join Dorothy Mullen and Masala Suppers Intern Ruchika Goel for an East-meets-West morning filled with learning the traditional European style of fermentation involving Indian spices. Make easy and delicious kraut and pickles and learn about the positive effects fermented food has on your gut biome, digestion and blood sugar. We ask that you bring your own cutting board and kitchen knife and a payment of $10 for the ingredients, but everything else from the jars to the vegetables will be provided by Dor and Ruchika. Kraut and Kimchi are staples in almost every Suppers Programs meal, so don't miss out on learning how to make them for yourself! Summer Kickoff Concert, Princeton Symphonic Brass

The Princeton Symphonic Brass, under the baton of guest conductor Dr. Stephen Arthur Allen, will present a Summer Kickoff Concert on Saturday, June 17, 2017, 8:00 PM at the Westminster Choir College Playhouse, 101 Walnut Lane, Princeton, New Jersey. The concert will feature a refreshing variety of light classical, Jazz and Americana.
Ticket are available online at (Adults $15/ Seniors $10/ Kids $5). Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door 30 minutes prior to the event (Adults $17/ Seniors $12/ Kids $5).
The Princeton Symphonic Brass is comprised of eleven brass players, two percussionists and a conductor. This all-star group includes some of the finest musicians from the top musical ensembles near Princeton and has a repertoire spanning from the renaissance to today.
