Victor asked me to send you a few pics of the Minimax project that I am > working on. He was at my plane in Levittown, Pa Sunday night 10-14-2001 for the 2nd Technical Counselor visit. Here are a few pics that could possibly be put into Flight Levels. Oh. I am giving a brief to EAA Chapter 186 is Virginia on Oct 25. I'll let you all know how that turns out and possibly schedule me for a brief at our chapter.

A little information:  I bought a Rotax 503 engine for the Minimax from a man in Canada, Stu Simpson. He offered me a Magellan GPS to sweeten the deal. I really didn't need it but thought ok. However, US Customs would not let the package clear without an FCC number on the unit. When we went to tech support for Magellan, they told customs you don't need it unless the unit transmits. They would not allow the package, motor and GPS, to enter the US without it. We shipped it back to Stu where he took out the GPS and shipped the motor via UPS, and shipped me the GPS Federal Express. Both are on their way.
