PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE:

My dear Sisters:

Welcome back. I hope your summer break was at least rejuvenating.

We have a wonderful range of activities to look forward to this year, not the least of all will be our First Annual Golf Outing.  Jessica is the Chair of the Golf Committee and with her committee, Joyce, Ruth and Noreen Lois, she has done an amazing amount of preparation and planning. The Outing, scheduled for October 7th at the Gambler Ridge Course, is going to be an exciting first for us, and we hope to be able to offer a number of scholarships if the event is successful.

Of course, this success will require that we all help, both by advertising the event and volunteering on October 7th. As you may be aware, television sports personality, Mr. Bill Daughtry of MSN, will be our guest golfer and speaker at the dinner.

In addition to the Golf Outing, the Steering Committee has scheduled a full Calendar including a Pilates demonstration in October, an art show and sale, the annual Holiday Party, a lecture on Identity theft and more.  Please plan to come to all of the meetings and presentations this year and bring a friend!

 Yours,

Noreen Lois
