By practicing everyday mindfulness techniques, you can help improve your health, your mental well-being and overall wellness by being mindful of your actions, stress levels and everyday activities. Join us for an opportunity to experience brief moments of mindfulness practice Presenter: Joanne Kinsey, MS, CWWS, Family and Community Health Sciences Educator & Associate Professor of Atlantic & Ocean Counties All sessions begin at 2 p.m., are FREE, and will last approximately 45 minutes with time for Q&A.
