Doors will open at 6:30pm As the Iowa caucuses approach, Steve Kornacki, national political correspondent for NBC News and MSNBC, looks at how the Democratic race is shaping up, how long it is likely to last and what the landscape will look like for whoever emerges to take on Donald Trump. Kornacki is the author of “The Red and the Blue: The 1990s and the Birth of Political Tribalism.” His work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Roll Call and the New York Times among other outlets. He is a native of Groton, Massachusetts and lives in New York City.
