4th Annual Ralph Copleman Neighborhood Bike Ride
The annual bike ride to celebrate the life of Ralph Copleman, local environmental advocate and founder/executive director of Sustainable Lawrence, will take place on June 3, 2018 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. The free, family friendly, eight-mile bike ride loops through the parks, neighborhoods, and trails in south Lawrence. The ride will begin and end in the Lawrence High School/Middle School parking lot, 2491 Princeton Pike. The entrance is located between the High School and the Middle School. Terrain will vary on this ride and we suggest riding a hybrid or mountain bike for this event. The ride is appropriate for adults and supervised children. Don't forget to wear a bike helmet and bring water and sunscreen. The 4th Annual Ralph Copleman Neighborhood Bike Ride is sponsored by Sustainable Lawrence, Lawrence Township Open Space & Stewardship Advisory Committee, Lawrence Township Trails and Lawrence Township Environmental Resources & Sustainability Green Advisory Committee. The ride is part of Lawrence Township National Trials Weekend on June 2-3. During the weekend events will be held to highlight the trails, history and parklands of Lawrence Township.
