Annual Mother’s Day Plant/Bake/Jewelry Sale, Princeton/Pettoranello Sister City Foundation

The Princeton/Pettoranello Sister City Foundation, in partnership with Blooms Garden Center, is holding its annual Mother’s Day plant/bake/costume jewelry by Jane sale on Saturday, May 10 from 9am to 2pm in the parking lot of the Pettoranello Gardens located in the Billy Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve. Proceeds will be used to maintain this special spot in the preserve and to sponsor local scholarships and PHS Italian exchange program

Blue Moon Acres Farm Market

Blue Moon Acres Farm Market will open for the season beginning on Friday April 18th. The farm market will be open on Fridays 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm until December. 11 Willow Creek Drive, Pennington.

Blue Moon Acres’ mission is to offer the most nutritious organically-grown produce and locally-sourced favorites. Owners Jim and Kathy Lyons have provided organic food to restaurants for thirty four years and want to offer it to their neighbors as well. Inside the geothermally heated and cooled building will be a selection of Blue Moon-grown Certified Organic produce, micro greens, eggs, rice, our own line of Herbarium body care products made with herbs grown on the farm, as well as an array of products from other local vendors. New this year: Cherry Grove Farm and Doublebrook Farm meats, Cherry Grove Farm cheeses, Otolith sustainable seafood, and Bent Spoon ice cream.

Customers may also sign up for a subscription produce box for weekly pickup at the farm or delivery to their home. We offer our boxes containing Certified Organic produce and fruits year-round!

The Memory Café, CMAP

The Memory Café meets monthly on the second Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to noon, at the same time as the Forget-Me-Not group. While caregivers have the option to participate in Forget-Me-Not during the first hour, attending Forget-Me-Not is not required to be a part of the Memory Café. During the first hour of the Memory Café, participants enjoy introductions and snacks, followed by a variety of activities designed to stimulate memory, creativity, and social interaction. In the second hour, caregivers join their loved ones in the Memory Café, where they can engage in activities together, creating meaningful connections and shared experiences. This session offers a welcoming space for both individuals living with memory loss and their caregivers to connect and enjoy each other’s company.

Mother’s Day Planting Make n’ Take, Terhune's
