The early bird registration fee of $60 ends on Wednesday, August 7th. The regular adult registration is $70. So don't delay and register today!
The cycling event at the Watershed Institute (www.thewatershed.org) on September 7th will feature both staggered starts and lunches. Riders may begin when they would like between 7:00–10:00 AM in order to complete their route in time for lunch. Pre-event coffee and breakfast will be served, and the ride will be followed by lunches served from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. The lunch will, of course, be capped by their famous ice cream sundaes. Riders will surely have earned it! The ticket package includes rest stops, two meals, a gourmet ice cream sundae, Support And Gear, and swag.
The Sourland Conservancy (https://sourland.org/) hopes you will join this year—cycling through the gorgeous forest and farmland of the historic Sourlands, for a challenging yet rewarding ride. Proceeds from the event will help support their tremendous forest restoration effort, now underway. Over the last three years, the Sourland Conservancy has planted over 45,000 trees and shrubs and hopes to plant 10,000 trees and shrubs this year!

Nearly forty farms and vendors are represented with offerings including seasonal Jersey Fresh produce, mushrooms, sustainably caught seafood, poultry, pastured eggs, freshly milled oats, pickles, sauces, jams, fresh pasta, goats milk products, cheese, breads, baked goods, pastries, pastured meats, vegan savory and sweets, Lebanese salads, Eastern European favorites, Indian simmer sauces and prepared meals, alpaca fiber wear, vegan chocolates, pesticide-free flowers, as well as on-site food trucks with crepes, fresh pressed juices, hot and iced coffee and teas.
Held at the Vaughn Lot at the Princeton Junction Train Station, with plenty of free parking, this gathering space for folks who love good food is known for its wide assortment of offerings and welcoming atmosphere.

Mercer County Executive Dan Benson and Rutgers Master Gardeners of Mercer County announced the 2024 Annual Insect Festival for Saturday, September 7, at Mercer Educational Gardens, 431A Federal City Road, Hopewell Township. The festival will be held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, rain or shine. Admission is free and on-site parking is available. Through fun, hands-on activities, visitors will learn about the importance of insects in our lives and how they create the biological foundation for all terrestrial ecosystems.
Attendees are invited to view the demonstration gardens on-site and learn how insects interact with the different plants. Visitors can also learn about various methods of composting. Along the way, there will be activities designed to teach children of all ages to appreciate the diversity and essential roles of our insect friends!

Mercer County Executive Dan Benson, the Board of County Commissioners, the Mercer County Division of Culture & Heritage (MCDC&H), and the Trenton Puerto Rican Community & Friends Organization (TPRCFO), are excited to announce Mercer's 2nd Annual Fiesta Latina. This celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month will run for two days and feature live music, craft vendors, children's activities, and more.
On Saturday Sept. 7, Grammy Award nominee and musician Toño Rosario will take the stage along with the legendary salsa group Puerto Rican Power. The day's celebration will be hosted by comedian Joey Vega, supplemented by a blend of sounds from DJ Ralph Mercado. On Sunday, Sept. 8, attendees can immerse themselves in the music stylings of cumbia, merengue, mariachi, and more. Headlining this dance-worthy day will be three-time Grammy award winning salsa and latin jazz composer and performer Jeremy Bosch, accompanied by Jose Tabares' All Star Band.
Tickets for the Fiesta Latina can be purchased on Eventbrite.com or at the door day-of. Tickets purchased presale will cost $15 per day, or $25 for both days. Day-of tickets will cost $20 each day or $35 for both days. Parking is free for all attendees. TICKETS
