West Windsor Community Farmers' Market

Nearly forty farms and vendors are represented with offerings including seasonal Jersey Fresh produce, mushrooms, sustainably caught seafood, poultry, pastured eggs, freshly milled oats, pickles, sauces, jams, fresh pasta, goats milk products, cheese, breads, baked goods, pastries, pastured meats, vegan savory and sweets, Lebanese salads, Eastern European favorites, Indian simmer sauces and prepared meals, alpaca fiber wear, vegan chocolates, pesticide-free flowers, as well as on-site food trucks with crepes, fresh pressed juices, hot and iced coffee and teas.
Held at the Vaughn Lot at the Princeton Junction Train Station, with plenty of free parking, this gathering space for folks who love good food is known for its wide assortment of offerings and welcoming atmosphere.

41st Annual Howell Farm Plowing Match, Howell Living History Farm

This plowing kicks off a 10-month growing season for Howell Farm's fall crops: wheat, rye, barley, and the old-fashioned "bearded wheat" known as spelt. There's a lot of work to be done between now and planting in late September but luckily the neighbors are here to help out.

Community Appreciation Day, Womanspace

Womanspace, Inc. invites the community to join its Community Appreciation Day on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Mercer County Community Park East. This free, family-friendly event will take place from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and is designed to show appreciation for the community's ongoing support of Womanspace's mission to assist those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
Boomer, the popular mascot, will be making a special appearance from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Guests will enjoy a variety of delicious offerings provided by event sponsors, ensuring there's something for everyone. The event will feature a bouncy house and summer games, offering entertainment for all attendees.

Winery Weekend Music Series, Terhune Orchards

Join family and friends for our winery weekend music series. Set in our wine orchard among 100 year old apple trees, it is the perfect way to relax, connect, and toast the weekend. Enjoy a glass of one of our award-winning wines, by the glass, in a tasting flight or a refreshing wine slush. Sit back and listen to live music from local artists each week. Styles range from Jazz and Blues to Folk and Rock. Music is from 2pm-5pm.
Light fare available. Bring the entire family to enjoy fresh air on the farm, stop in the farm store for fresh produce, baked goods and local gourmet items, and stroll on the farm. Barn Door Cafe is open on weekends for lunch fare, homemade treats and ice cream. Winery hours 12pm-5pm. No outside food or pets please. No reservations needed for less than 8 people. Groups over 8 require reservation.
