Saturday Morning Walking Club, Lawrence Hopewell Trail

Meet at Village Park, Bergen Street entrance. Docs on the Trail series, a physician-led presentation in partnership with Capital Health, at 9 a.m. followed by a walk along the LHT and the Johnson Trolley Trail to hear about exciting plans to connect this corridor to Princeton and Trenton. Approximately 3 miles round trip. Dress for the weather, wear sturdy footwear, and bring water.

Storytime at the Brearley House

Bring your little ones (2 - 5 years old) and join us for a delightful morning of storytelling, singing and hands on activities! Members of the Society's Junior Historians club, in their period costumes, will lead your children through a delightful morning of activities. Afterwards, you can tour the historic setting on your own. E ach storytime will revolve around a different theme, giving your children a chance to step back in time and practice their skill at building log cabins (with Lincoln Logs) or washing clothes with an old-fashioned washboard. This event promises to be a memorable experience for the whole family.

We will talk about turning our “garbage” back into soil. Reading stories and looking at compost materials. Each child will make their own compost container to take home.

Spring Clean Up Day - Princeton Battlefield State

Join the Princeton Battlefield Society for Spring Clean Up Day at the Princeton Battlefield State Park. A great way to welcome Spring, to enjoy the outdoors, and to work with other friends of the Princeton Battlefield.
