Bunny Trail Spring Festival, Terhune Orchards

Henhouse Visits, Howell Living History Farm

Step inside a working henhouse where the farm's Barred Rock chickens are busy laying and help a farmer make their feed. Then, reach into a nest box and take out an egg to bring home. Visitors will learn egg candling and grading, and can also visit the farm's 50 new baby chicks in the brooder coop.

2024 HiTOPS Trans Youth Forum

We’re thrilled to announce that the 9th Annual HiTOPS Trans Youth Forum is on Saturday, March 30th. This day-long celebration created BY and FOR trans and nonbinary youth will be held virtually and is FREE to all participants. Join us and help us spread the word! We anticipate the forum will be attended by hundreds of young people, their families, and the professionals who support them.

The 2024 Forum includes nationally celebrated speakers, video highlights of trans and nonbinary youth, and a raffle all planned by our Trans Youth Advisory Board.

Great Egg Hunt, Cadwalader Park

The Easter Bunny will ride through Trenton on a fire truck beginning at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, March 30, 2024. The procession will pass through each of the City's wards before ending in Cadwalader Park at 11:30 a.m. City residents are invited to greet the Bunny as he drives by. The Bunny will then kick off the 103rd annual "Great Egg Hunt" in Cadwalader Park at 11:30 a.m., featuring 3,000 eggs hidden throughout the park. The hunt is open free of charge to all Trenton children up to 12 years years of age accompanied by an adult. Face painting, a petting zoo, games and music will also be part of the festivities. All children at the Park will receive a treat from the "Bunny Patrol" free of charge.

Winery Weekend Music Series, Terhune Orchards

Join us for cheer in the winery to enjoy live music and meet up with family and friends. With indoor seating in our wine barn among the wine tanks and outdoor seating with firepits. Enjoy hot mulled wine, tasting flights of Terhune favorite wines, and wine by the glass. All ages can have fun with s’mores and hot cocoa kits. Light bites of cheese plates and chips & salsa baskets are available at the winery. Perfect to enjoy with a glass of wine in the sun.

Spring Egg Hunt at the Wicoff House Museum

Hunt for eggs on the museum lawn & exchange them for prizes! The Plainsboro Fire Company will join us with their fire trucks so kids can climb aboard and learn how they work. Kids can also do crafts and learn how to do an age-appropriate quick yoga flow after the egg hunt.
