Eden Autism 5K & Fun Run/Walk

Hunterdon Land Trust Farmers’ Market

Hunterdon Land Trust opens a new Farmers’ Market season Sunday, May 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dvoor Farm, 111 Mine St. in Flemington. The producers’-only market will run every Sunday through Nov. 19. Shoppers will find organic fruits and vegetables, all-natural meats, fresh-baked breads, cave-ripened cheeses, pies, plants, flowers, wine and more.

Most farmers accept credit cards. Parking is free and easily accessible.

Fall Family Fun Weekends, Terhune's

Unruly Sounds Festival, Princeton Public Library

Unruly Sounds, now in its ninth year, returns to Hinds Plaza for an afternoon of music. Mika Godbole of Mobius Percussion curates this annual celebration of original music from Princeton University’s graduate music program (and other local musicians). The all-day event features a wide variety of post classical/contemporary grooves. As in in past years, the festival promises to keep to its tradition of highlighting fresh sounds and new compositions.

The festival's primary objective is to pair new compositions and original music with a casual ambience to encourage accessibility and dialogue between composers and the community.

Fall Fest, Friends of Princeton Open Space (FOPOS)

Belle Mead Friends of Music Meeting

The Belle Mead Friends of Music will hold its first meeting of the 2023-2024 season on Sunday, October 1, at 3 p.m., at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Princeton on Cherry Hill Road. The program will include Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, played by pianist Rosanne Nahass; Schumann's Forest Scenes, played by pianist Frances Fowler Slade; and Mozart's Sonata in F major, K. 376, played by violinist Burgel Zomorodi and pianist Lew Coopersmith.

Until now, publicity for the BMFM has always been "word of mouth." With the additional space at the UUCP, new members and guests are welcome as listeners and performers. Members pay a suggested annual contribution, and guests may make donations. For more information, contact Program Director Lew Coopersmith (coopersmith@rider.edu).
