Hunterdon Land Trust Farmers’ Market

Hunterdon Land Trust opens a new Farmers’ Market season Sunday, May 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dvoor Farm, 111 Mine St. in Flemington. The producers’-only market will run every Sunday through Nov. 19. Shoppers will find organic fruits and vegetables, all-natural meats, fresh-baked breads, cave-ripened cheeses, pies, plants, flowers, wine and more.

Most farmers accept credit cards. Parking is free and easily accessible.

Outdoor Yoga Class, Mountain Lakes House

Join FOPOS on Sunday, June 25th at 10:00am for an Outdoor Yoga Class on the lawn by the Mountain Lakes House. During this one-hour yoga class, Alisha Fowler (RYT 200) will lead folks through an all-levels ashtanga-inspired flow, pairing breath and movement. As participants do yoga together, they will take in the beautiful setting of the Billy Johnson Mountain Lakes Nature Preserve.

Intro to Sourdough Class, Shelley's Table

In this introductory class at Shelley’s Table, 11-2:30pm, professional baker Karl Wagner will guide you through the entire process of making whole-grain sourdough breads at home. Following the class, we'll break our freshly baked bread together over a light dinner (BYOB). All students will leave with a loaf of bread and some sourdough starter to continue their baking adventure at home.
