West Windsor Community Farmers' Market

It’s all about local food and seasonality at the West Windsor Farmers Market! This year’s season kicks off on May 7th and running every Saturday from 9:00am-1:00pm, the market will be filled with local farmers and artisan food producers, including a knife sharpener, all from within fifty miles of West Windsor to celebrate the bounty of New Jersey. This season’s roster includes nearly fifty farms and vendors, several with a rotating schedule, including a baker under the new NJ Cottage Rule.

Market held rain or shine in the lower Vaughn Lot of the Princeton Junction Train Station - ENTRANCE FROM 877 Alexander Road, free parking. NJ Transit bus 877 or Dinky and ½ mile walk to Vaughn Lot. Visit wwcfm.org or call 609-913-7581.

The WWCFM accepts SNAP/EBT and offers matching incentives towards fruit & vegetable purchases (up to $20 per market day). ART OF Play, Arts Council of Princeton

We’ll talk about the goals in landscape photography and address the challenges based on the conditions of the day.

Saturday, October 8, 2022, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Fully interactive virtual learning. We will learn more about the classic techniques of landscape photography and evaluate your images from the on-location session. We’ll delve into a variety of topics, including gear, helpful applications, how to use light and shadow, focus-stacking, and suggestions for post-production.

Fall Family Fun Weekends, Terhune's

Hopewell Tour Des Arts

Stony Brook Walking Tour, Historical Society of Princeton

Before there was a "Princeton," Quaker families established a community on the fertile ground along Stony Brook. This part-lecture, part-2 mile hike explores the lives of the early settlers and the community they established, while following a portion of the trail George Washington took from Trenton to the Princeton Battlefield. Stops include the Stony Brook Meeting House and Burial Ground, walking a portion of the "hidden" back road into Princeton, and a view of the Battlefield.

Freestyle Hoop Jam and Dance Party, Princeton Public Library

World Hoop Day is celebrated each year on the first Saturday of October and this year the library is joining the celebration.

Bring your own hoop if you have one or use the ones supplied by the library to hoop it up on the plaza. Angela Reitter of Color Me Hoopy will supply the music and lead fun and easy to follow group dances while encouraging everyone to get up and move. No registration or experience is needed. Just come for an afternoon of fun that is sure to lift your spirts. Hooping allows kids and adults to have fun and keep physically fit.

This event is presented in partnership with the Mayors Wellness Campaign community health initiative. Angela Reitter is a certified HoopLove Coach & Hoola-Fit instructor.
