Sirio Maccioni and his wife Egidiana are known for inventing the Crème Brûlée recipe made famous at Le Cirque restaurant in Manhattan. Come learn the secrets to making the perfect Crème Brûlée and try your hand with the blowtorch used to brûlée the sugar on top into a caramel crust. Register.

Princeton Farmers’ Market

Princeton Farmers’ Market summer market season will take place at the Dinky Train Station parking lot (adjacent to Princeton Wawa) and will run from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., on Thursdays through November 17. The market will be accepting SNAP/EBT, and thanks to the Good Food Bucks program they will match eligible customers SNAP transactions up to $10 per market day! Workshop at Art Sparks, Art Sparks Studio
