Tech: Tech: Outdoor Adventuring - Gadgets and Apps, Princeton Public Library - Virtual

This class gives an overview of various tools, electronics and apps available to use outdoors. From high tech to low tech gadgets that are helpful with communication, emergency preparedness, orienteering and even cooking, we will cover what they do, how they work, and resources for selecting the right one for you. Gadgets include portable batteries, radios, smart watches, water filters, stoves and more.

Instructor: Becky Bowers Presented in partnership with Princeton Senior Resource Center. This class will be held virtually via Zoom. Registration is Required.

Storytime on the Green

Join us every Wednesday in July for Storytime with JaZams on the Green! Families are welcomed to sing, dance, read, and have some fun in the sun with JaZams’ very own, Jeff Trainor. Storytime with JaZams is a half hour event for children from infant to 8 years old.

"Finnie's Ocean Treasure" Puppet Show, Princeton Public Library

The spectacular hand-made puppets of Robert Rogers Puppet Company will transport audiences to the wondrous depths of the ocean, with this warm-hearted story for all ages. Finnie is a young fish who lives in a peaceful coral reef, but she yearns for adventure and wonders what life would be like far from home. She gets her wish when a sudden cold current carries her off to a distant seascape, where surprising and strange creatures become her new best friends. Finnie does indeed find a treasure but it's not at all what she expected!
