The Jewish communities of Mercer/Bucks will join to celebrate at the Jewish Cultural Festival on August 8th, from 1-4 pm at Adath Israel Congregation, 1958 Lawrenceville Rd, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648.
This lively, rain-or-shine, event will feature live music, delicious kosher food, door prizes, plenty of shopping, in-person demonstrations, kids’ crafts and games, and lots of schmoozing. Attendees will enjoy the variety of musical styles of the Jugtown Mountain String Band, which will play live during most of the festival. Those with kids will not want to miss children’s musician, Tim Hoh, from 2-2:30pm. Kids and adults alike will find themselves singing along and dancing to both talented musical groups. A free door prize ticket is offered to any adult that has pre-registered for the event. Pre-register by emailing eventregistration@adathisraelnj.org. Pre-registration is open. Those that make a $10 donation will be given additional door prize tickets.
The Jewish Cultural Festival follows CDC Guidelines. Therefore, anyone who is vaccinated is not required to wear a mask. However, those that are not vaccinated are required to wear a mask.
